When i get to Malaga Airport how will i get to the apartment?
We have a meet and greet service which we will e-mail to you 4 weeks before your arrival with all the information
Does the apartment come with fresh bedding, towels etc?
Yes they have fully equipped kitchens also fresh bedding , towels etc . If your stay is longer than 7 days we do a clean and change bedding and towels.
If i have any problems related to my apartment when im on holiday who do i contact?
In our meet and greet service you will have the numbers you would call if required.
What is my security deposit used for and when will i get it back?
Your security deposit covers any breakages or damage during your stay . It will returned within 10 days of you departure less any breakages or damage.
Do you have any property for sale in locations not listed on the website?
We might have, as properties come on the market different times we endeavour to keep it constantly up to date.
Can i have my car hire for longer than 14 days?
Car hire is available for longer than 14 days if you e-mail us we will get a quote for you
What exactly is a meet and greet service?
Our meet and greet service , we meet you when you leave the baggage hall at Malaga airport , take you upstairs to the Departure hall and your car is outside waiting for you . When you arrive back at Malaga airport you bring the car back to Departures where we will be waiting for you .
What are the conditions for your meet and greet hire?
You must have a current Driving Licence be over 23 and under 70 .There is no fuel charge BUT we require you to return the car with the same amount of fuel in it as it was when you collected it . You have Collision Damage Waiver but any Accident , that you have caused , carries a 500 euro Excess.
Do you have English Speaking representatives in Spain?
Yes all our representatives are English Speaking.
